ELIGIBILITY
Burb’s Share the Love Contest is open only to legal residents of British Columbia, Canada who are age 19+. Void where prohibited. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, municipal, and local laws and regulations. All employees or agents of the Sponsor, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, and any entity involved in the production, implementation, promotion, administration or fulfillment of the Promotion, and the individuals living in the same households of each of the above are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. Burb Staff members are not eligible.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion will begin Monday, January 31, 2022 and end at 11:59 p.m. PST, February 14, 2022 (the "Promotion Period"). The Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.
HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Refer a friend to Burb using one of the options on the landing page (https://shopburb.com/pages/share-the-love). Each successful referral (as deemed by the system) made by entrant will count as one (1) entry into the contest.
Entries received online shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the Entry. For the purpose of these Contest Rules, “authorized account holder" of an e-mail address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential winner may be required to provide Sponsors with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning Entry.
All Entries must be received no later than the end of the Promotion Period. Entries will be declared invalid if they are late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, mutilated, forged, garbled or mechanically or electronically reproduced.
PRIZE
One (1) entrants will be selected at random and awarded one (1) prize.
Draw Date: Within seven (7) days of the end of the promotional period.

All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or convertible to cash.
Only one (1) win per person, social media handle, and/or email address is allowed.
Winner(s) will be notified immediately online and instructed as to how the prize can be claimed. If no response is received within two weeks of contacting potential winners, a second winner will be selected from the list of entries.
CONDUCT
By participating in the contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Sponsor will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the contest and the Sponsor’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Sponsor deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Sponsor and are final. The Sponsor may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately circumvent, disrupt, damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek civil and/or criminal prosecution and/or damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted
